Admin Executive - #1089952

About the role

We are seeking a diligent and organised Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at T.O.P DESIGN & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD in Ang Mo Kio, North-East Region. As an Admin Executive, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and maintain office records, documents and filing systems
• Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails and mail
• Assist with the coordination of office supplies, equipment and facilities
• Perform data entry, report generation and other general administrative duties as required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various office initiatives and projects
• Issue Purchase Order to supplier and subcontractor.
• Sourcing of material and provide administrative support to various projects, as assigned.
• Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth business operations

What we're looking for

• At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in the engineering or construction industry
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
• Keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• A team player with a positive and collaborative attitude
• Able to work independently
• 5.5 days work with alternate Saturday off. Max work 3 Saturday per month.
