Receptionist cum Purchase Assistant - #1089943

1. Receptionist Duties:
   • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
   • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls.
   • Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules.
   • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
   • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
2. Purchase Assistant Duties:
   • Prepare and process purchase orders (POs).
   • Maintain and update records of purchases, suppliers, and pricing.
   • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or a related field.
• Prior experience in reception and/or purchasing roles is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
