Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $9000 + VB
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 6pm)
• Location: Woodlands

Job Scope:

• Manage financial and operational performance of business in Singapore and Overseas
• Prepare and oversee the annual budget in collaboration with senior management
• Lead projects from tender to opening, ensuring successful lease transactions
• Guide teams in identifying business opportunities, managing sites, and preparing proposals
• Review site ROIs and report on performance, sales, and budget to senior management
• Maintain service quality and implement cost control systems
• Address operational issues, ensuring effective coordination across functions
• Manage store labor and vendor relationships efficiently
• Promote training culture and ensure legislative compliance
• Ensure management succession and represent the company in community efforts

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• 10+ years of senior business development/leasing experience, ideally in food, retail, or FMCG
• Experience with statutory boards and F&B operations is a plus
• Strong business acumen and leasing/tendering experience
