Working Days: Rotational Shift [1 Offday on Weekend]

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and maintaining the site as per client requirements.
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure building systems are well-maintained.
- Follow work plans, SOPs, and statutory guidelines while handling feedback and complaints.
- Oversee services and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Supervise and manage contractors for scheduled maintenance.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- On-the-job training provided.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Committed and responsible with a good work attitude.
