Job Responsibilities:
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Providing administrative and clerical support to the team, including managing correspondence and handling inquiries
- Assisting with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Maintaining and updating office records and databases
- Supporting with event planning and coordination
- Handling basic bookkeeping and financial tasks
- Providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
