Process Engineer_ Tape/Dicing - #1089932

Qualification:

• Degree in Mechanical / Material / Electrical / Electronic / Chemical Engineering.
• Experience working in a high-volume and high product mix manufacturing environment. Preferably in Semi-conductor Assembly manufacturing.

Skills: 

• Dynamic, resourceful, self-motivated and have strong communication/interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in Tape & Reel or Stealth Dicing processes would be advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of SPC tools, DOE, FMEA, MSA preferred.
• Planning and Organizational skills.
  • Responsible to monitor critical process parameters (input & output) and support in maintaining/improve the process yield.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to analyse the process data and identify improvement actions and work on the improvement.
• Responsible to provide technical solutions to technical problems relating to material or process. This involves working with the material supplier (indirect material) in situations of quality crisis.
• Responsible for the relevance of the Work Instructions, Control Plan, FMEA & Process Control documents.
• In addition, responsible to improve the quality of the parts, call for MRB and contain the questionable material in case of quality excursion, support investigation of customer return and implement corrective/preventive measures.
• Responsible for the certification of the operators/technicians on the process/equipment.
