Join Our Team: Finance & Accounting Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations in the banking sector. This role requires strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of financial regulations, and the ability to drive efficiency in financial processes.

Location: Singapore, Singapore

Work Mode: Hybrid (Office & Remote)

Role: Finance & Accounting Manager (Banking / Up to 8K)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare internal financial reports, including daily monitoring, reporting calculations, and regulatory data analysis.
• Compile and submit reports required by the Head Office and auditors.
• Ensure compliance with MAS regulatory reporting (MAS 610, MAS 649, MAS 758, MAS 640, etc.) and address related inquiries.
• Coordinate with tax agents, review tax filings, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Collaborate with external auditors, provide necessary data, and ensure accurate financial disclosures in the company’s annual report.
• Handle staff claims and daily operational expense payments.
• Maintain accounting schedules, including fixed asset registers.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Support administrative financial tasks as required.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in the banking sector.
• Basic knowledge of financial products and services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for daily data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
