A Marketing Executive plays a vital role in implementing and executing marketing strategies that promote a company's products or services. Reports To: Marketing Manager/ Head of Marketing
Primary Objective:
To support the marketing team in developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing communications, and analyzing market trends to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media).
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Monitor campaign performance and report on results, making recommendations for improvements.
Market Research
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
Analyze data from surveys, focus groups, and sales reports to inform marketing strategies.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to the marketing team.
Content Creation
Create engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media posts.
Assist in the development of blog posts, website content, and promotional copy.
Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and messaging.
Social Media Management
Manage the company's social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and interaction with followers.
Monitor social media metrics and analyze engagement to inform content strategies.
Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to enhance online presence.
Customer Engagement
Support customer relationship management (CRM) efforts by maintaining and updating customer databases.
Assist in organizing and executing events, webinars, or promotions to engage customers.
Respond to customer inquiries and feedback through various channels.
Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns with overall business objectives.
Collaborate with sales teams to support the lead generation and conversion efforts.
Coordinate with graphic designers and other creative professionals to develop marketing assets.
Budget Management
Assist in tracking marketing expenses and managing the marketing budget.
Provide input on cost-effective marketing strategies and initiatives.
Performance Tracking
Use analytics to measure the success of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Generate reports to evaluate campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
Recommend adjustments to strategies based on performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related area (internships or entry-level roles are acceptable).
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
