Full-time Temp staff ( Admin) - 6 months
Provide Administrative and Logistics support for day-to-day operations and ad hoc duties
Responsibilities:
- Support set up of facilities for meetings and events
- Issue/receive loan items for events & office use
- Support office supplies stock take and issuance to user divisions when required
- Collate the billings of vendors for admin-related services
- Check the billings are in accordance with the services and contract price
- Record all the billings for analysis
- Source vendors for products and services
- Data entry
- Support building and facilities management activities
- Administer pantry and stationery items
- Assist in stock-taking and inventory management
- Other duties assigned by RO/ HOD
Requirements:
Skills and Competencies:
- Communication skills,
- Interpersonal skills
- Planning and multi-tasking
- Attention to detail
- Data Entry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Qualifications:
- “N” Level and above
- No work experience is required
- Basic data entry experience will be an advantage
