Senior Business Analyst (Jurong West / Project Implementation) - #1089884

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to assist in the implementation and ongoing support of the software applications. You will act as a bridge between business teams, IT teams, and system vendors to ensure a smooth application rollout, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system monitoring, and issue resolution.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Working Location: Jurong West
• Job Type: 1 year contract
• Salary Package: Up to $7k (basic) 

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to gather system requirements.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system modules.
• Monitor system implementation and track UAT status.
• Train business users in system usage.
• Oversee testing and enhancements for application functionality.
• Handle post-go-live support and system-related requests.
• Analyze operational data and work with vendors & IT teams to resolve issues.
• Develop reports & dashboards for system performance and support trends.
• Document SOPs and business processes.
• Manage user administration and support issue resolution.
• Generate system and operational reports for management & decision-making.

Requirements

• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Proven experience in full SDLC, system & process documentation.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team under pressure.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics & BI tools (Tableau, Qliksense, Power BI) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Query, PowerPoint).
