HR Executive - #1089875

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations
• Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring processes
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, leave management, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
• Maintain employee records, HR policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management
• Address employee inquiries and provide HR support to management
• Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution
• Support HR administrative tasks, reports, and documentation
