Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full sets of accounts and prepare monthly/annual financial statements
- Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Prepare and process payroll, CPF contributions, and statutory deductions
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and petty cash
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings (GST, corporate tax)
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Monitor and maintain cash flow and financial records
- Support audits and liaise with external auditors
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
