Overview about the role: As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role offers regional exposure, direct interaction with US stakeholders, and the chance to be part of a dynamic, newly established manufacturing facility.

• Financial Operations & Reporting – Perform GL entries, billing, payments, and month-end close. Ensure accuracy in bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Payroll & Tax Compliance – Manage payroll processing, tax filings, and statutory compliance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Expense & Audit Management – Review employee expenses, maintain financial controls, and support internal and external audits.
• Intercompany Transactions – Reconcile global intercompany transactions, ensuring accurate consolidation and compliance.
• Inventory & Costing – Gain exposure to inventory management, standard costing, and variance analysis for financial accuracy.
• Statutory Compliance – Ensure timely statutory filings, tax returns, and coordination with external auditors.

Requirements:

• Min 4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or a related industry
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and cost management
• Experience working in a multinational environment is a plus
• ingaporean candidates only
• Familiar with Netsuite is a plus
