Manufacture Coordinator (Production) - #1089863

Job Description:

Logistics Support:

• Assist in coordinating transportation and delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and products to and from the production site.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify the production coordinator of any shortages.

Work Order Management:

• Assist in the distribution and tracking of work orders.
• Ensure that all work orders are accurately documented and updated.
• Follow up with the production department to confirm the completion of work orders.

Liaison with Subcontractors:

• Communicate with subcontractors to coordinate schedules and requirements.
• Ensure subcontractors are informed of any changes or updates to project plans.
• Address any issues or concerns raised by subcontractors promptly.

Production Department Coordination:

• Send work orders to the production department and ensure receipt.
• Follow up with the production team to monitor progress and resolve any issues.
• Assist in maintaining clear and open lines of communication between all departments.

Administrative Support:

• Maintain and organize production-related documentation and records.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed.
