Procurement Executive - #1089850

• Order materials and services as per negotiated and appropriately approved.
• Review quotations and contract terms in accordance to specifications and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Company’s purchasing policies and procedures.
• Discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services received with project manager, vendors and relevant parties to determine cause of problem, take corrective and preventative action. 
• Responsible for planning, and buying of materials, parts, supplies and equipment in a timely and cost-effective way.  
• Liaise with Accounts Payable Department to ensure payment of invoices as necessary for the business with supplier. 
• Any other ad-hoc duties. 

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience 
• Experience within the offshore & marine industry advantageous 
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good team player and adaptable
• Experience in using ERP/SAP preferred and proficient in MS office
