Job Description
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Conduct orientation to newly hired employees and provide information about the company benefits
- Handle the work pass for foreign workers (application, renewal, cancellation, etc.)
- Maintain and update employee files, records, and HR databases to ensure accurate and confidential information
- Payroll processing and CPF/IR8A/IR21 submission
- Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee's termination and maintain proper documentation
- Provide support on ad-hoc HR related tasks/projects
