Engineering Executive - #1089835

Job responsibilities: 

• Lead and motivate a team of technicians for facility management and M&E services.
• Plan and schedule daily tasks, ensuring performance standards are met.
• Oversee building maintenance programs, including AEI and M&E equipment maintenance.
• Recommend repairs, renovations, and equipment replacements for properties.
• Prepare and review tender specifications for M&E works.
• Supervise M&E works by site teams and contractors, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor safety equipment and procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants/guests and address emergencies promptly.
• Coordinate with government authorities, architects, and engineers on maintenance matters.

Requirements: 

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Facility Management or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in retail malls, hotels, serviced residences or residential properties
• Good planning, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
