Senior/ Spring Technician (4 day work/ 12hrs Shift/ Pioneer) - #1089831

Work Week: 4 days 

Shift work: 7pm to 7am, or 7am to 7pm

Experience in operate spring machine is a MUST

Job Description

• Perform tooling set up the machine as per the weekly planned schedule and run the machine according to the quantity planned.
• Operate and run the Spring/ Forming machine.
• Liaise with QA for qualification of set-ups and works in progress.
• Perform daily machine inspection and record as per Work Instructions.
• Requisite material as per planned production order for daily activities.
• Change material coils and proper scan & record without error.
• Closure of production order and material return.
• Update daily production records such as machine timesheet, machine utilization, and rejects.
• Adhering to customer MSA as a guide in terms of S P M, lubrication in use, packaging, quantity in lot size based on Production Process Spec
• Before up the tool, ensure the job order material requires sufficient.
• Ensure compliance with the safety rule like changing coil must wear the glove
• Any other duties as assigned by superior and/or management.
