About the Client:

Job Purpose:
Ensure seamless implementation of BAU changes, enhancements, and projects while mitigating production risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and assess normal and emergency change requests to minimize operational disruptions.
- Investigate unauthorized change requests, ensure documentation, and enforce disciplinary actions.
- Review and evaluate risk levels of all changes for Change Board meetings.
- Oversee application change freezes, assess appeals, and justify risk levels to management.
- Act as an escalation focal point, ensuring process integrity and issue resolution.
The successful Change Management Lead must possess extensive experience in managing change processes, risk assessments, and stakeholder communication within a financial services environment.
Skills/Requirement:
- Strong experience in change management within financial services or large enterprises.
- Ability to assess risks, manage approvals, and enforce compliance policies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 standby role on a rotational basis.
- Proven ability to analyze and improve process effectiveness and efficiency.
