Requirements:
- Min 5 years’ experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing factory in facilities maintenance.
Job duties:
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of aircon, cooling tower, chiller, air compressor, blower, gas & liquid piping system & etc
- Operation of computerised facilities monitoring system.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance to minimize equipment breakdown.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with equipment maintenance schedules.
- Maintain detailed maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
