Quality Engineer

Location: Woodlands
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8.00am - 5.15pm
Entitled to AWS + VB + Allowances
 

Responsibilities

• Manage QA documentation, data control, and reporting on quality performance.
• Investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
• Monitor vendor quality performance and verify corrective actions.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution with proper countermeasures.
• Oversee nonconforming materials, raise corrective action requests, and follow up.
• Ensure compliance with Statistical Process Control procedures and review supplier process capability data.
• Assist in Engineering Change coordination and review Production Part Approval Process documents.
• Train QA Inspectors and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Advantage with experience in handling manufacturing Quality Assurance
• Able to work well in a team
• Meticuluos and attention to details.
