HR & Office Administrator
Roles and Responsibilities
1.Oversee the recruitment process and office administration management.
2.Manage employee records, payroll processing, leave administration, and insurance matters, including medical benefits and workplace safety compliance.
3.Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws, company policies, and relevant regulations.
4.Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees.
5.Manage employee performance evaluations and HR-related documentation.
Requirements:
1.At least 2 years of experience in HR and office administration, with preference given to those with work experience in Singapore.
2.Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and MOM (Ministry of Manpower) regulations.
3.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5.Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
6. Singaporeans / Singapore PR/ Malaysians or those holding relevant residence status may apply.
