• Managing the queries / requests of walk-in policyholders and Financial Representatives regarding policy-related matters. 
• Ensure that unresolved issues over the counter are promptly followed up on and resolved within a specified period of time;
• Assessment and management of policyholder appeals, feedback, and minor complaints;
• Providing excellent customer service;
• · Address customer feedback/complaints in a timely manner within the operational turnaround time.
• Take responsibility for considering business and regulatory compliance risks and taking appropriate steps to mitigate them;
• Be familiar with industry trends concerning regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and appropriate measures to mitigate the risks;
• Provide prompt attention to any potential concerns/risks and promote best practices for risk management;

Requirement 

• At least Diploma holder 
• Passionate in Customer Service (Front-line)
• Able to work for 1 year contract
• Salary : $3200 to $3500 per month (Depend on experience and qualification)
