Responsibilities:
- Support Assistant Director, HR in internal and external audits related to Human Resources
- Coordinate responses to audit recommendations from external auditors and MOHH Group Internal Audit teams
- Conduct audit checks in line with the HR Governance Annual Work Plan
- Manage the HR Annual Policy Review, including policy directory updates and repository maintenance
- Oversee the NUHS Annual Conflict of Interest (COI) Declaration Exercise
- Assist in system enhancements for the COI declaration form and platform
- Collaborate with HR Centre of Excellence (COE)
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key HR processes
- Provide guidance to HR Business Partners on governance matters and HR policies
- Work with HR COEs and key business stakeholders to support NUHS project implementation
Requirements:
- Degree in any field
- Min. of 5-8 years of experience in finance, audit or compliance, preferably in a large-scale complex environment
- Experience in developing Standard Operating Processes using appropriate tools
- Experience in using data analytics tool (Tableau)
