Responsibilities

• Ensuring smooth sales operations by processing orders, assisting the sales team, and providing excellent customer service.
• Manage and process sales orders, quotes, and contracts with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure timely updates and proper documentation of sales transactions.
• Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as generating reports and maintaining records.
• Register the company as an approved vendor when required.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales support/ administrative role
• Singaporeans only
