Job Descriptions

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, quotations, and pricing negotiations with contractors.
• Draft, review, and award subcontracts for projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Oversee the full cost control process from initial estimates to final project costs.
• Evaluate contractor proposals and ensure they meet project specifications.
• Develop and submit tender documents, progress claims, payment applications, variations (VO), and final accounts.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure all necessary documentation is completed for project advancement.
• Review architectural, structural, and M&E drawings to ensure tender accuracy and compliance with special project requirements.
• Work closely with the construction team to define tender scopes and ensure all requirements are met.
• Track and manage deductions for materials purchased by subcontractors or suppliers.

Remarks:

• Working Location: Bukit Batok
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
