Key Job Accountabilities (Actual daily deliverables):

• To liaise with Customer and external auditors on audit activities.
• To ensure successful recertification of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 27001 & ESD S20:20.
• To support Customer audit and facilitate Internal Audit activities.
• Conduct Training and Post Mortem on Audit related activities.
• Ensure departmental KPI was achieve.
• Drive adequacy and timely response/closure on audit findings.
• To support Automotive program and activities from GHQ.and Automotive BU.
• Involved or initiate process improvements, projects, task forces, CIP meetings etc. 
• To develop and maintain operational specifications.
• To review Customer requirements and implementation. 
• Develop and maintain QA databases, workflow and controls.
• To develop and improve semiconductor in product quality assurance activities to meet the organization goal and customer quality requirements through intensive internal audit and corrective and preventive action verification.
• To facilitate internal/external Audit activities and follow up on CAPA response and closure with effective verification.
• To work with X-Site on QMS/ESD/Automotive activities and deployment.
• To maintain and Support STATS ChipPAC Quality Management System and Quality Planning for operation effectiveness. 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Electrical, Electronic disciplines or its equivalent with 2 years relevant experience.
• Diploma in Engineering with 5 years relevant experience.
• Preferably 3 years’ semiconductor working experience in Quality Control Assurance field or related experience, related to Semiconductor Manufacturing or wafer industries.  
• Good auditing experience in semicon industry preferred.
• Certified Auditor for ISO9001 / IATF16949 / ISO 27001 / ESD S20:20, VDA6.3 / VDA6.5  will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of 5 Core Tool (APQP,PPAP,FMEA,SPC,MSA) will be an added advantage. 
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill.
