Key Responsibilities:

• Full spectrum of Accounts management, including Accounts Receivable/Payable, General Ledger, Journal entries, and Reconciliation for a portfolio of companies.
• Manage the storage and retrieval of Invoices/Receipts when required, and set up new company accounts
• Be conversant with Quick Book accounting program
• Knowledgeable in compliance with tax provisions and responsible for preparing schedules for tax submission
• Preparation of unaudited accounts in FRS as required by the portfolio of companies
• Interact with external auditors and provide support during audits
• Provide support and guidance to the accounting team
• Improve and implement financial policies and procedures
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Adhoc Duties when required

Qualifications:

• Preferably a CPA/ degree in Accountancy/ACCA. Candidates attempting final completion will be considered.
• 2-3 years of working experience in Singapore and in a similar role in an accounting firm/corporate secretarial firm will have an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills in dealing with colleagues and peers.
