Process Engineer
Location: Tuas [Company Transport Provided]
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm
Entitled to AWS + VB + Profit Sharing + Allowances
Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve existing processes, including SCADA system operations, to support digitalization.
- Conduct risk assessments and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Research, design, and develop processes to improve productivity and workflow.
- Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and setup of facility processes.
- Implement new procedures and ensure smooth execution.
- Develop best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Manage costs, timelines, and process documentation.
- Participate in PSM and HAZOP studies for safety and compliance.
- Lead plant shutdown planning and execution as a Turnkey Manager.
Requirements
- Experience in process optimization, risk assessment, and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- On the job training provided
