This candidate is responsible for the supervision of technician/maintenance officer and management of building renovation works in Thomson Medical Centre (TMC) including Fire Safety Management.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To act as Fire Safety Manager (FSM) for TMC and ensure compliance with SCDF regulations, MOH regulations and all relevant authorities.
- To plan and implement the cyclical and preventive maintenance programs for fire related works.
- To plan and manage ad hoc renovation work, whether carried out by in house technicians or contractors
- To work with the Senior Engineers on renovation work and fire upgrading works.
- Assist to prepare the operational budget and Capex budget.
- Perform any other duties, which may be necessary from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
- At least a Diploma in Building Services/Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Certificate in Fire Safety Management or equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience in facilities & fire safety management.
- Healthcare experience is an added advantage
