IT SUPPORT OFFICER - #1089656

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist IT Manager on IT related matter
• Perform routine Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance on Communication and Networking Systems 
• Maintain and support computer communication networks for Users in the office and retail showrooms
• Prepare documentation on maintenance tasks performed 
• Provide IT support to end users of desktops, laptops, printers, network peripherals and application. 
• Provide support to WMS, AGV and Mobile shuttle
• Provide level 2 support to WIFI, access control and security systems
• Manage daily Backup 

Requirements: 

• Diploma / Higher Nitec related to IT or equivalent
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office installation and troubleshooting skills 
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years working experience in the related field
• Responsible, positive attitude and team player
• Good interpersonal communication skill
• Available for standby during weekends if required 
• On-The-Job Training provided 
• Must be bilingual in “English and Mandarin” (in order to communicate with English and Mandarin speaking counterparts)
• Able to start work within short notice

5 days’ week 

Monday - Thursday:  8.45am – 6.15pm

Friday：8.45am – 6.15pm
