MAE operates under the Brighter World Education holding company which manages 5 education brands, spanning from preschools, Chinese/English/Maths tutoring, to adult and international education. 

Job Scope

Management Trainees will be inducted into a formal training programme, which includes training in the following skills: 
Overseeing marketing efforts, including tracking conversions and outreach 

Managing customer enquiries and communicating with parents for feedback

Researching trends in education, and new areas for expansion

People management – managers typically supervise a team of administrative and teaching staff once they have completed their training

Requirements:

The ideal applicant would have some experience in operations or administrative work in an education setting. 

Must be willing to supervise weekend classes (within a 5-day work week), and be willing to travel between our various branches as needed.
