Job Responsibilities:
- Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and quotations.
- Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and spreadsheets.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics using Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, and logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in pricing updates, inventory tracking, and sales data reconciliation.
- Support sales representatives with documentation, customer queries, and administrative tasks.
- Generate dashboards and automate reports to improve efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data visualization, automation).
- Experience in sales support, administration, or a related role
