Site Engineer / Senior Site Engineer - #1089635

Job Responsibilities:
1. Developing expertise in product functionality through training and continuous technical skill enhancement.

2. Overseeing production operations to ensure cost efficiencies and met customer requirement.

3. Managing logistics to optimize warehouse operations, achieve cost-effectiveness, and ensure timely delivery to meet customer requirements.

4. Ensure adherence to compliance standards in Product Engineering and Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA&QC) responsibilities.

5. Supervising production operations to optimize efficiency and meet project objective.

6. Implementing comprehensive safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

7. Performing any additional ad hoc tasks or assignment as assigned by superiors.

Job Qualifications
Education Required:

• Possess Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Singapore PE Board.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 5 years' post-graduate experience in structural steel work.

Competencies and Skills Required:

• Have an ownership attitude, be willing and able to grow, coach and mentor.
• Able to manage a site team and liaise with sub-contractors and consultants.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office is a must. Others acquired skill will be an added advantage.
• ability to work to deadlines and within budget.
• ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities.

• Able to work independently.
