Job Summary:

• Work Location: Jurong East MRT (walking distance)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Time: 9am - 6pm
   

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with business development team and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract top talent through creative outreach methods, including social media, networking events, and job fairs.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Maintain our applicant tracking system and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our company’s visibility in the job market.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
