• Position : Building Operations Manager/Facilities Manager (Environmental Control Premises)
• Location : Orchard
• Working hours : 5 Days/Office Hours
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 18 Days of Annual Leave (Increase 1 Day per year)
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Real Estate/Property

Main Responsibilities:

• To optimise operations of the asset’s equipment and systems.
• To identify, initiate and execute special projects to improve and enhance the asset’s operations.
• To attend to tenancy matters such as tenants' request, feedback and conduct inspection for the handing and taking over of tenanted premises.
• To negotiate and manage effective building maintenance service contracts and ensure timely renewal and replacement.
• To plan and budget for the development’s operations and ensure that building works are carried out accordingly.
• To lead and supervise the Operations team which may include Senior/ Building Executive, and Senior/ Technicians.
• To liaise with Government bodies/ Consultants/ Architects/ Contractors on building’s matters.
• Supervise and uphold company’s policies and procedures to ensure compliance, safety, security and welfare of staff.
• To ensure timely submission of Management reports, Budget and ad hoc reports as and when assigned.
• Any other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor/management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent
• Certified as Environmental Control Officers for Specified Premise
