• Position : Publicity/Publications/Marketing Executive  - Jurong Point Mall (Boon Lay)
• Location : Jurong East
• Working hours : Mondays to Fridays - 9.00am to 6.00pm.
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Health Benefits
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
 

• Conceptualise, design, and create marketing and events materials both digitally and in print
• Develop and maintain websites, social media, and other online activities
• Build and maintain an effective database for email Direct Marketing (EDM) campaigns
• Track and analyse “Return of Investment” (ROI) on publicity initiatives
• Prepare, design, and create resources for printing (e.g., Learning Resources, Brochures)
• Develop, implement, and optimise digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Analyse and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI and engagement.
• Create and manage content calendars for digital platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.
• Assisting in administrative matters
• Other ad-hoc activities assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma (desirable in design/ visual communication/ media
• Experienced in Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere PRO, Wordpress web content management, Email Marketing, Analytics tools (Google analytics, Meta Business Suite)
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
