Job Responsibilities:

Liaison with Subcontractors:

• Coordinate with subcontractors for project updates and service execution, ensuring alignment with technical specifications.
• Monitor subcontractor performance to uphold quality and safety standards.

Client Interaction:

• Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding service inquiries and project progress.
• Attend client meetings to discuss project requirements, timelines, and address any concerns.

Project Management:

• Track and manage service projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
• Assist in preparing and submitting project documentation, including service reports and compliance materials.

Coordination of Meetings:

• Organize and participate in internal and external meetings to discuss project status and resolve issues.
• Prepare agendas and meeting notes, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of project activities, subcontractor communications, and client interactions.
• Generate regular progress reports for management and stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements in service delivery and communication.
• Collaborate with team members to implement best practices, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or any related discipline
• Training will be provided for candidate without or with lesser experiences
