Sales Representative (Channel & Agent Development) – Power Equipment Monitoring - #1089570

Job Summary: The Sales Representative will focus on developing and managing a network of agents to drive sales and market the company’s power equipment condition monitoring solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in channel sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to support both agents and end customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and develop a network of sales distributors in the power and utilities sector.
• Provide ongoing support to sales distributors, including product training, sales strategies, and technical support to ensure successful sales efforts.
• Work closely with sales distributors to develop and implement sales plans and monitor progress against targets.
• Support end customers in collaboration with distributors, assisting in addressing technical inquiries and solving issues related to power equipment condition monitoring.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to deliver solutions for customers and distributors.
• Coordinate marketing efforts and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and support distributors sales efforts.
• Monitor market trends, feedback, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in channel sales, distributors development, or B2B sales within the power equipment or industrial equipment sectors for >5 years.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to effectively support a network of distributors.
• Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to develop and support distributors within the region.
