• Working Days: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives that align with the organization’s goals
• Monitor and report on the environmental impact of the organization’s operations Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to reduce waste and energy consumption
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations
• Educate and train employees on sustainability practices and the importance of environmental responsibility
• Engage with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and the community, to promote sustainability initiatives
• Prepare and present reports on sustainability performance to senior management and other stakeholders
• Research and implement new technologies and practices that can improve sustainability
• Oversee the maintenance of buildings, equipment, and grounds. Ensure all facilities are in good working order and meet safety standards
• Supervise maintenance staff, including custodians, technicians, and groundskeepers. Coordinate with third-party service providers for specialized maintenance tasks
• Ensure the facility complies with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly
• Plan and coordinate installations and refurbishments. Optimize the use of space and resources to improve efficiency

Job Requirement:

• Possess minimum Nitec with at least 2-3 years of related experience
• Knowledge in building system, plumbing, electrical and HVAC will be an advantage
