Job Responsibilities:

• Help the Tender and Bidding Team in tender submissions.
• Assist with measurements, preparing documents, cost calculation, reviewing contracts, interpreting specs, and handling RFIs and RFQs. 
• Help source and compare quotations.
• Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders, and invoices on time.
• Review subcontractor claims, handle payments, and manage issues like time extensions and claims.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in quantity surveying, civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Training will be provided for those with lesser experience
