Inside Sales Coordinator - #1089549

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee sales support teams and ensure processes are carried out accurately and promptly.
• Handle all job responsibilities as needed, including quotations, correspondence, faxes, SOPs, and sales inquiries via phone or in person.
• Update GRN to Purchase Order and submit to the Finance Department for payment processing.
• Create Purchase Orders for stock procurement and inter-department requisitions.
• Generate reports for the department, including purchases, sales, stock orders, vessels, and sales incentives.
• Provide provisions for rebate payouts to the Finance Department.
• Submit monthly sales reports to the principal.
• Authorize Purchase Orders, claim instruction forms, return notes, and credit instruction forms in the absence of the Manager.
• Conduct local sourcing for ball bearings to replace existing bearings.
• Revise and improve operational procedures to enhance collaboration between department staff and other departments.
• Communicate with the principal regarding order status, deliveries, claims, and other related matters.
• Maintain sales and purchasing prices and discounts in the Parts Master file.
• File GST refunds when required.
• Train staff members on performing work tasks, including using computer applications.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements:

• With 3 years of Sales Support or Sales Coordinator experience. 
• Proficient in using SAP system.
• Positive, dynamic and results-oriented
