Test Technician (Tampinies / Up to $3200 / Fast Hire) - #1089546

Job Summary: 

• Location: Tampines
• Salary: Up to $3200
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Fixed shift in 7am – 3pm/ 3pm – 11pm / 11pm to 7am)
• Shift Allowance

Key Responsibilities:

• Support engineers in conducting all test-related activities.
• Implement and manage various product configurations.
• Analyze and troubleshoot product failures, working closely with process and test engineers to improve yields.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and update test tracking records and working instructions (W/I).
• Train new hires on working instructions and procedures.
• Provide support for NPI processes and production runs.
• Assist in ISO implementation and ensure standards are maintained.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in testing and troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ISO procedures and Kaizen activities will be a plus.
