Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/Food Production
• Position Title: Sales Admin Executive /Sales Admin
• Working Location: Jurong West
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8 am – 5.00 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $2800 + Variable Bonus + $90 (Transport Allowance)
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Creation of Sales Orders and updating/amendment of Sales orders for inter-department circulation.
• Assist in inter-department (eg production, purchasing, shipping, etc) coordination of Sales Orders.
• Assist in liaising with customers with regards to the Sales Orders.
• Upload, periodically maintain and update all Sales Order documents.
• Compile and generate reports.
• Preparation of cost statements.
• Support shop weekly operations.
• Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.
