Income Insurance Limited seeks an experienced Senior Executive, Non-Travel Claims, to join our dynamic team. In this non-travel-related role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality claims management services to our valued customers. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring efficient and accurate processing of non-travel-related insurance claims, contributing to the overall success of our insurance business.

What you'll be doing

• Review, assess and negotiate settlement of Personal Insurance claims within the approved delegated authority limit efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure prompt, fair and reasonable claims settlement.
• When necessary, liaise with external service providers, such as surveyors, loss adjusters or assistance companies, and internal stakeholders, such as underwriters and investigators, to resolve complex claims.
• To assist the supervisor in preparing and analyzing exception reports and daily productivity reports.
• Identify and escalate potential fraud or suspicious claims for further investigation.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation to support claim decisions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of claims processes and procedures.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in claims management, preferably within the insurance industry
• Candidates with insurance certifications BCP, PGI, and ComGI preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess claims and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively liaise with policyholders
• Familiarity with relevant insurance regulations and claims processing procedures
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 
• Proficient in using claims management software and MS Office applications
