Senior Executive for Local University (Training Data Management) - #1089497

Location: Pioneer

Working Hours: Mon to Thurs (8.30am - 5.45pm), Fri (8.30am - 5.15pm)

Duration: 1 Year Contract 

Duties:

• Assist in data cleansing by removing duplicates, identifying inconsistencies in data formats, and performing data checks.
• Ensure completeness and correctness of data after extraction 
• Validate and test data in the Training Management System test environment.
• Assist in documenting user feedback and reporting system performance reporting.
• Provide user support in the post-system launch.
• Support the overall planning and execution of pre- and post-launch activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree
• Possess at least 2 years of working experience in an administrative or project management role
• Strong project management / system testing skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in using MS Excel
• Ability to work independently, as well as in cross-functional team
