Inventory Supply Planner (FMCG) – Central – S$4400 (ID: 666995) - #1089490

Responsibilities:

• Developing monthly supply forecasts
• Planning and procuring finished goods.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment and adherence to shipment schedules.
• Scheduling repacking activities to support stock replenishment.
• Monitoring inventory levels to maintain optimal supply days and ensure sufficient stock to meet demand.
• Coordinating with stakeholders on supply planning and reconciliation phases within the S&OP cycle.
• Overseeing the 3PL warehouse partner to maintain high inventory accuracy through monthly system reconciliations, cycle counts, and annual physical stock audits.
• Supervising external warehousing and transportation partners, addressing operational issues and escalations.
• Providing direction to supply chain coordinators regarding stock availability.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for product quality matters.
• Ensuring warehouse and transportation documentation adhere to regulatory and process compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in similar function
• Experience in the FMCG sector is required
• Proficiency in SAP is an added benefit
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
