This is company specializing in custom photo and video booth installation. We are currently looking for a full time operations executive. Your main role is to work with the account manager to prepare the necessary equipment for the various events. You will need to have good organization and planning skills as you will have to allocate resources given to you in the most efficient manner under different constraints. At times, if the set-up is more complex, you may be required to visit event site to do the actual set up too. The company also has a side business doing printing services. You are required to provide some help in this side business too.
As is in the event industry, working on weekends is usually required. However, we are flexible on your working schedule. You have full autonomy to plan your hours as long as you get the job done. As such, please take the working hours below just as a guide.
Main Job Scope
- Work closely with internal teams on event preparation and execution
- Preparation of systems for event
- Optimize and plan resources and equipment weekly for events
- Weekly packing and unpacking of equipment for events
- Adhoc delivery of equipment to event premise (vehicle provided)
- Setting up for events (if needed)
- Training of event part timers on setting up of the company’s various equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
- Maintain computers and equipment in good condition
- Other logistics/operations work includes site recee and adhoc delivery of orders
Requirements
- Qualification
- At least Diploma
- Basic good command of English
- IT savvy with basic computer knowledge
- Emails
- Microsoft PowerPoint and excel
- Good working attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
- Hardworking and willing to learn
- Entrepreneurial with a can do sprit
- Humorous and a great team player
- Meticulous and systematic
Good to have
- Class 3 driving license
- Knowledge on Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, DSLR camera, or simple programming is preferred but not a must
Working Hours
- 5.5 days work week
- Monday to Saturday afternoon or Thursday to Tuesday afternoon (alternate)
- Hours: 9am to 6pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Air conditioned office (near to Marymount MRT)
- No office dress code (when working in office)
