Job Descriptions
* Assist Trading Dept to issue contracts, and other work related duties
* Accounts & Administrative works on daily basis eg. tallying of statements, arranging of courier, data entry, filing, etc.
* Ad-hoc admin duties as and when required
Job Requirements
* At least “A” Levels and higher qualifications
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
* Able to speak, read and write in English & Mandarin
* Previously from Banking / Commodity Trading field will be an advantage
* Meticulous and well organized, able to work under pressure and a good team player
* At least 3 years’ work experience
* S$2500 and above based on experience
* Located in Pioneer (nearby MRT)
* Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
