- Position: Sales Director (ACMV) - Up to $8,000 + Comms - Bukit Batok
- Location: Bukit Batok
- Working hours: 5 Days Work Week - 8.30AM to 5.30PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $8,000 + Commissions + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 Days of Annual leave

Main Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet company objectives and revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Sales Team Management:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Set individual and team sales goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.
Revenue Growth:
- Drive sales growth through direct sales activities, partnerships, and expanding customer relationships.
- Work closely with marketing teams to create and implement campaigns that generate leads and support sales efforts.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication and support to maximize long-term partnerships.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and provide reports to the executive team on sales performance.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement improvements.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage the sales department budget, ensuring the allocation of resources aligns with strategic priorities.
- Ensure sales activities are cost-effective and deliver a strong ROI.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Product, and Customer Support) to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
- Participate in executive meetings to share insights and strategies for company growth.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Use insights from research to inform sales tactics and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business or related qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ACMV field and also experience in managing a team
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
